Attempted theft in Maple Street, Central London

Removal requirements:

Helen is a lady renovating a shop in Maple Street in Central London. She had a pile of rubbish inside her shop. Two guys with an old white van with no signs has seen her rubbish pile through the front of the shop, they approached Helen and offered to take it away for her for only £80 which is half the price of what we would charge for our professional service. She was happy with the quote so asked them to go ahead with the clearance.

However, when she went upstairs to take the cash out to pay them, they had already taken some metal which was on top of the pile and also went down to the basement to where they had seen the boiler.

When Helen came downstairs, she was shocked by what she had seen. Those two guys have been trying to steal the boiler; they had already pulled out the main gas line to the boiler and half way through taking the boiler out, when she got her mobile out to call the police. The two people in question had made a run for it.

She called us later on that day and asked us to clear the rubbish, luckily enough the gas supply to her boiler was switched off, if it was not off, it would have caused a massive disaster for her. We did the collection and she was very happy with the service she received.
